Boston Mutual Exits the Small Group Market
Notices have been mailed to all agents and their clients notifying them that their
group insurance coverage will be cancelled on ]uly 31, 1999. At this time, HealthPlan
Services has not been able to secure another carrier that will take this business on a
rollover basis.
We can quote the Seaboard Life Access plans and should have the census
data on existing groups downloaded by 2/14/99. Please call us for Seaboard quotes or
alternate carrier options.

Assume all cases, either basic or voluntary, at the inforce rates and
schedules Match current agent compensation up to 20%
